a quick update

I haven't been on for a bit, school started and is taking what seems like all of my time. I haven't touched a pen in about ooohhh almost 5 weeks, so I have decided to fix that and tomorrow is all for me and finishing up some pieces ( or at least trying to )
The exhibition went well, and I got some awesome feedback but no sales. That is quite alright though because a gallery owner over in Lambertville wants me to display with her. So something worked out

Alot of deviations came in during my absence and I just have to say I'm always amazed at the talent that is on here! Some of you guys completely blow me away!
So that is it for now, time for me to log into class again. 4 weeks till the end of the semester and hopefully by then I'll have something new to post!

I'm a pen and ink artist, living in Doylestown Pa. Usually my work ends up in the hands of someone who stopped over and exclaimed how they love a piece. With some prompting, I have finally started displaying and selling. I'm also trying to expand from what I normally do. More creations from my own head instead of just what I see. I wish I was able to work more then I do but I'm also a mother of 4, work full time and a full time college student. I also have a menagerie...literally, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 chinchillas, a snake and of course my beloved Koi.

I've mainly been working on stipple ( pointillism) pieces, I love the precision that goes into it, but they take time and of course I have started works that need finishing. I have one in scraps which has taken over a year now ( it's a 14 x 17) and I hope to have that finished sometime this lifetime.
